I grew up in South Florida — where doors stayed open, neighbors drifted in and out, and kitchens were always full. My abuela’s house in Miami was the heartbeat of it all — a place where warmth was effortless and every gathering felt like an embrace.

At eight, my family moved to northern Spain — to Asturias — where evenings lingered and hospitality was instinct, not ceremony. There, I learned that grace isn’t about perfection; it’s about rhythm, awareness, and how people feel in your presence.

Years later, working in the service industry, I refined that instinct into discipline — discovering how composure shapes energy and how structure creates ease.
