MariLuca began long before it had a name.
I grew up between South Florida and northern Spain, surrounded by the kind of hospitality that wasn't performative—it was instinctive. Doors stayed open, tables stretched to fit one more person, and gatherings always seemed to last a little longer than planned.
Years later, after more than a decade in hospitality, I realized the best events all had one thing in common: someone was paying attention to the details.
Not just the food or the drinks, but the atmosphere. The flow. The guest who needed a refill. The host who hadn't sat down once all evening.
MariLuca was created to be that support.
Named after the middle names of my two children, MariLuca blends the warmth of my roots with the professionalism of restaurant hospitality—helping hosts stay present while everything else quietly falls into place.
Because somebody should be enjoying the party.
And it should probably be the person who planned it.
Meet Isabelle
I grew up in South Florida, where doors stayed open, neighbors drifted in and out, and kitchens were always full. My abuela's house in Miami was the heartbeat of it all—a place where hospitality wasn't a task. It was simply how you cared for people.
When I was eight, my family moved to Asturias, Spain, where evenings stretched a little longer and gathering around a table was never rushed. There, I learned that the most memorable hosts weren't necessarily the most elaborate—they were the ones who made everyone feel welcome.
Years later, after more than a decade in hospitality, I realized those lessons had followed me everywhere.
Restaurant floors taught me how to anticipate needs before they're spoken. Service taught me how to stay calm when things get busy. And thousands of interactions taught me something simple:
People remember how you made them feel.
MariLuca is where those worlds come together—the warmth of my roots, the precision of professional hospitality, and a belief that hosts deserve to enjoy their own celebrations too.
Because no one plans a dinner party, baby shower, birthday, or holiday gathering hoping to spend the evening carrying dishes to the sink.
My role is to handle the details, protect the flow of the event, and help create the kind of atmosphere where guests feel comfortable, conversations linger, and the host gets to be fully present.
I don't believe great hospitality means blending into the background.
I believe it means making people feel welcome, comfortable, and genuinely cared for from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.
